More than a Church...A Home!

During this season of pandemic and the restirctions on gatherings we have moved all of our services online.  This will allow us to meet together each Sunday and Wednesdays for services.  While the Church building is closed the Church is alive and well online.  We hope you will take the opportunity to join us live at 10 a.m. each Sunday and 6 p.m. each Wednesday.

Welcome to the online home of Susanville Assembly of God Church!  We are a church that is committed to connecting, growing, serving, and going into all the world to share the gospel.  It has been said that, "we are more than a church...we are a family."

The mission of our church is found in the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and the great commandment (Matthew 22:37-38).  We also believe that we should follow the five-fold functions of the church found in Acts 2:42-47.  Those five functions are connecting with fellow believers, growing through relationship and discipleship, serving in the church and others, going into the community and around the world to share the good news, while coming together for fellowship and worship with fellow believers.

Welcome!

UPDATE!

A lot of moving parts as we enter into this Memorial Day Weekend with broad and conflicting information being presented.
Susanville Assembly will be resuming in person services soon.
We will not be in person this Sunday.

We are being encouraged by God's Word and from our District Leadership to continue to comply with State or Local guidelines. We have gone this far... we are almost there and there are some amazing stories we will be sharing as a result of this situation.
We want to finish well. The church board and I have a plant that will be communicated on Sunday Morning. Please continue to pray for us as we continue to keep the health and safety of everyone in mind.

These are unprecedented times and we need to walk with much wisdom.

Pastor James
